Authorize.net PCI Error: Getting an error that says "Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system."

    We are having an issue on one of our payment areas.  We don't have this on other payment areas with same setup.  Any help is appreciated in getting this figured out.  We are getting a PCI:: ERROR DURING TRANSACTION - Transaction of this market type cannot be processed on this system.

     

    We have all settings - other than transaction info - the same on our other forms and it works fine.  Any thoughts?

    From the Authorize.net knowledge base, I see that the error message appears when the product type selected is not supported to process the payment. Please follow the steps below to change the selected Product Type with a different one and see if that works:

    1. Log into your account at https://account.authorize.net

    2. Click Account from the main toolbar

    3. Click Merchant Profile

    4. Refer to the Product Type listed under Business Information
