Wordpress form is hanging on submission

    When I click submit it stays stuck on "please wait" and never submits the form. I've tried different browsers, etc. What am I doing wrong?

    There is an issue with the used embedding method. You may try the following options instead:

    1) Use a standard embed code for a self-hosted Wordpress version, see the next guide.

    Adding Forms to Wordpress.org Version

    or

    2) Install a JotForm oEmbed Wordpress plugin.

    When the oEmbed widget is installed, this is possible to embed the forms by adding their URLs.
