    Hi Kiran,
    I have never filled in any form and that's why I am writing about. I
    suppose that may someone with a resemble email he typed mine by mistake.
    You may have a telephone number to call him.

    Yes, that could be the problem. 

    The autoresponder notification in your form is properly configured upon checking. We suggest making a test submission on your end if you want to check the autoresponder notification.
