Hello tam trying to make an account but it keeps telling me my email isn't valid ... but it is haha . not sure what to do

Your email is an valid email email address. However, in your case this email address has been already taken.

In your screenshot, error ("Email not available") indicates that your email address in use and you can not signup with already in-use email address again.
