    Hi,

How to get the Full Source Code of your Form

In this guide, the source code mean, your form is going to be embedded via this javascript source code under your web site.

After copy and embed under your site via this javascript code, this javascript source code is going to locate the real form that you have created and you can able to see and access the real form source.

If you have any comment or question, please let us know.

    Kind regards.

Thank you for your answer but I still don't understand how I can follow the
instructions if it doesn't reflect what I see on my end.
    https://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form
It shows here that I can do it from your platform and not my website.
I just want to know if I can create subcategories from your platform.
    Thank you,

The reason why those options are not visible is because you are using the card form layout (One Question in One Page).

You need to switch your form to the old layout in your form settings (All Questions in One Page).
