Cannot access uploads

    When I download the uploads that have been submitted, I get a message that that the requested information is downloading and I will get a email when complete.  Once complete, I come back to data to download and I get the error attached.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I tried to download the data from the email that was sent to you. The issue is related to Privacy settings on your account. 

    Please un-check the Require log-in to view uploaded files Privacy option on the Settings page and try to download your uploads again.
