Alert Email won't Send

I cant seem to get the alert email to send. It started failing last night,.

I cloned your form and made a test submission and I have replicated the issue. The email notification seems to be delayed in receiving.

Kindly remove your old email notification and add a new one, this seems to fix the issue at my end.
