How can I get a form to print all text in the form, including the subtext?

    I want to build our Project Specific Safety Plan into a printable form. As it is now, it prints very little of the text in the form. I suspect I am overlooking a simple control. Can you help?

    Are you printing the form directly in your browser? If so, it is fine here. It shows all text including the sub-labels.

    Can you explain to us how you are printing the form? Is it the submissions or just the form?
