Free plan monthly payments limit

Hi,

I have a free account with a form that accepts payments. It says in the pricing table that I can receive 3 payments, but then after I received one payment I got an email saying that free accounts are "limited to 1 payments / month". Does that mean I can only receive 3 payments ever with a free account? Or is this 3 payments a month?
