      Hello we need to cancel our subscription to jotforms our company has gone to an in-house system. You have been charging $19.00 a month on our mastercard ending in 1710. Can you cancel this today?

    As per your request, your Bronze subscription has been cancelled, and the last payment refunded. Your account username "tarasochor" is back to free plan.
