Why fields are showing in the email even if not selected?

Hey,

my form (excel mod authorization) has two fields (dupont scaffold and shell convent drug) that shows up when you submit the form. even if you dont click on those options. 

I am missing something somewhere.

I cloned your form and tested, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the Notifier and Autoresponder are sending properly, those hidden fields are not showing:
