Editing a submission from a search gives a "No results to display" message after

I have to go into certain forms and update information. I search for the form in the search bar, select it, edit it, save it, then download it as a PDF. I used to be able to smoothly do this, however now after I save the form after editing, the screen below pops up. And I have to go back to the search bar and click into it, then out of it, to "refresh" to get my file back. It's very obnoxious and didn't used to do this. Is it a weird bug?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

I was only able to reproduce what you described when the word used to search the submission is the one that was updated when the form was re-submitted (saved).

This happens because when the submissions page reloads it will load the data based on what is in the search bar which, in this case, no longer exists.

Perhaps you can try to search for the submission that you will be editing using a different word — a word that you will not be editing in the process.
