Printing a visual report

Hello. I am trying to print a visual report but it is not printing correctly. It is separating the titles/text and the graphs, as well as printing text over graphs. I talked to one of your customer service representatives, who told me it was probably a spacing issue. So I dragged and dropped and resized everything. It still didn't work. I then talked to another representative, who told me he wasn't sure what the issue is and to use this form to try and get more help.

The report looks fine in the report builder, but when you go to print you notice the issues and when you actually print the document, it has the issues (so it isn't just a print preview problem.)

What do I need to do to fix this?

Are you using the 'Print" button inside the Visual Report Builder to print the report? Please try to open the report in a separate browser tab via the direct URL. You can get that by clicking the "Share" button.

After that, try doing a print preview in Google Chrome and check if the issue is still present.

Since you are using Chrome, you may also try saving the report as PDF. You just need to change the Destination to "Save as PDF". After exporting it as a PDF, please open it in print preview mode.

Based on my test, it seems that the issue is with the size of the page. I tried changing the layout to Landscape or increasing the paper size to 8x14. I noticed that the graph will move to the next page if it reaches the bottom of the page. When that happens, the other graphs or elements move down as well.

Let us know if the issue persists so that we can further assist you. Thank you.
