I am concerned that the incomplete payments that I approved via the Paypal route has not been processed even though it was approved by me. Can you please help me with this problem?

Please note that when the form is submitted, users are redirected to PayPal checkout page for payment. If user do not settle the payment or its not successful for any other reason, that submission is marked as incomplete submissions.
Please note that manually completing the submission will not process the actual payment. It just moves the submission from the incomplete payments to your form's submission grid. If you want the payment to be processed, you will have to ask your user to submit the form again and settle the payment after they are redirected to PayPal checkout page.
