Is there a limit on the number of elements you can add to one form?

I am creating a jot form that is going to be 8000+ elements on one form - Is that possible? And is it possible to put certain Conditions into a "conditions folder" For instance I have a directory form im building where if you picked legal you would then be directed to Sub categories of legal - and then questions on the specific thing you picked and im having to make a lot of elements and conditions for it - and that makes it very busy and unorganized very fast.

There is no limit in the number of elements that the form can have.

However, adding a significant amount of elements in one form will probably affect the performance/speed of the form, especially if you use lots of widgets.

All the conditions can be accessed from the CONDITIONS tab in the Form SETTINGS.
They can only be filtered by Question (show only conditions that include a specific element).
