Issue on Free Account limits

Please, what's the meaning of all this up this now, my account cant receive a submission and it's not yet up to a month. I haven't even received 500 submissions yet.

I cant pay to upgrade cause will continue experience this trash.

Upon checking, you have reached more than 100 submissions in a month. Please take note that free accounts are only capable of receiving 100 submission in a month. When it is reached it will it shall disable your submissions in 24 hours. 

Please also take note that 500 submissions storage is different from the monthly 100 submissions limit. The 500 submissions storage limit are on a permanent limit but will not disable your account. It will only remove your oldest submissions in place for the new one that arrive.
