authorize.net + CIM integration

Hi all, 

Is the authorize.net integration just meant to be used as the final payment step, meaning the customer place the order (by submitting the payment form) and the checkout flow ends?

I am trying to integrate jotform form with the CIM authorize.net flow, so I can save customer authorize.net profile ID + payment Profile ID, is this accomplishable with jotform forms?

Yes, the authorize.net is used as a payment processor when integrated in the form. Jotform only creates the form but the process of payment would be the payment processor, in this case authorize.net.

Unfortunately this feature is not yet available, we can only use authorize.net for payment.
