Having trouble with conditional hide and show menu options

i am having issues when i am switching through drop down menus on a form that i created with additional options that are supposed to be hidden are showing up. i have attached a screenshot to show. the 40 & over team option should not be showing in the screenshot

Please try switching 'Clear Hidden Field Values' to 'Clear on Being Hidden' via your form settings:
