please can you close the other account for me

please I opened gmail account with this ebere4017@gmil.com with this phone number 08030999377 but I later open another email with the same phone number. and I don't even know the account name again, since then. I will just receive massage that another person has used your number so since then, I am no longer receiving messages again. request please can close the other one for me? so that I will be getting massages as usual before. please!!!!

If your old e-mail address in someone's form's notification e-mail as recipient e-mail, you can ask him/her to change your e-mail to the new one.

I have checked the mail logs for possible notifications for your email address but I can't seem to find any.

Can you please provide us a Form URL or your web page that you have embedded your form? May we also know your account username?
