I am unable to login to my account and can't access the forms - please help!

Upon review of your account it was found form:

http://www.jotform.me/form/73372179016457 was requesting to upload digital copies of passports.

Be advised that this type of collection is not allowed since our upload buttons are not offering encryption for this type of data.

Therefore, we deleted the button and activated your account in order for you to be able to work on your form.

Might you need the this information, we allow the collection of the numbers with the appropriate signature widget and Agreements :

1. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

Please login to your account and make the modifications in order for your forms not to draw unwanted attention.
