When I build or change my form the theme I want is there but when publishing or preview, the theme changes?

    The theme I want is what i see when I change the form (I am in build mode) but when I preview or publish, the theme changes (see link) 


    I attached a screenshot of the theme I want and the link to how it looks when published.

    What exactly is different in your live form? As far as I can see the live form looks exactly the same as the form inside of the Form Builder.

    Were you able to resolve the issue? If not please provide us a screenshot of your live form with the issue. If the form is embedded, provide us the webpage URL.
