How can I limit the number of people who can answer a certain question?

    Hello,

Is it possible to restrict a certain answer in one of the unique choices?

For example: What colour you prefer?

    A) Black

    B) Yellow

    C) Green

So, can I do something to limit the number of submissions to the answer black to 25? It should not be possible to answer "black" anymore. Like, the answer gets errased, or blocked for a possible 26th submission.

Is this possible? Do you understand my question?

    Thank you.

As far as I understood your idea, I can suggest to try Appointment Slots widget to limit the options:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots1520970416screenshot Screenshot 10

It would count previous "black" answers and would show "unavailable" if the limit of "25" is reached, like shown on the screencast below:

In case if you need to limit the item selection, just set the Max Selection to "1".

Here is the test form I've created:

Feel free to submit and reload it to see how it works.

Hope this information helps! But, get back to us if you need any other assistance as to your JotForms.
