    Is that supposed to be a single donation payment option on the form, or do you have some other payment items on the form as well?

    Yes I have other options on the form that are a set price but I would like to be able to add a donate option for people who can’t attend the event. I’ve been using jot form for years and now that you changed your format (which I like) I can’t seem to add a donate button without loosing my set price options.

    Since we cannot combine different payment types on the form, you may consider a workaround with added $1.00 donation item and custom quantity input.

    Example:
