Account Suspended - need assistance

    Hi, we are having issues with our account being suspended. We recently created a new job application form and added it to the site. We aren't aware of any sensitive questions we might be asking that would suspend our account, but we are eager to get this issue resolved so our forms will begin working again. Any help is greatly appreciated to get this back up.

    Your account has been reactivated. We allow collecting some sensitive information such as drivers license only if you encrypt your form: 

    "Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information." 

    So, please delete the Drivers License field from this form:, or encrypt your form to avoid having your account suspended again.

    Thank you for your response. We were able to access the forms now and remove that field.
