Input masks: Not working as expected

Hello, 

I am emailed yesterday about my mask inputs. I need to ensure that a number is entered in four different spaces in two fields. Currently, a visitor could enter one number in order to satisfy the field requirements. 

I checked you form and can see that the input masks are working. If you don't enter all four digits it will throw an error.
