My thumbnail photo is sideways

    The thumbnail photo on my form when I try to post the link is sideways.  How do I fix that?  The photo is correct in the form.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I assume that the form is shared on a Facebook Page. 

    I have cloned the form and tested it on the test Facebook page. However, I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

    Could you please provide us the page address that the form is shared so we can check it further? (I assume that the platform is Facebook, but if it isn't, could you please let us know the which platform it is?)

    I did try to share on Facebook.

    I used the following Facebook tool to debug your form - https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ 

    The issue should be resolved now.
