HOw do I use the encryption key?

 Firstly, please note that the key is not stored at our server for privacy purposes. Thus, do not lost the key to access encrypted submissions; otherwise, you will need to disable encryption but cannot access previous submission data. Secondly, you need to upload the key file, that you downloaded when activated encryption, to Form's Submissions page for the only for the first time in each browser, as I demonstrated the process for you in below GIF.
