Please change my username from lisachap to TexasSuccessAcademy.

Hello Wonder Jotform, 

I tried to change my username from lisachap to TexasSuccessAcademy and it would not allow me to do so. Can you please help me with this, so our forms will have our school name and not my personal name.

We can change your username from lisachap to TexasSuccessAcademy from our end, however, please note that if you have a custom URL setup for your forms, changing your username will make your forms (custom URL) inaccessible.

What's a custom url? You mean instead of form.jotform etc it says https://survey.com?

I don't have any. Let me think about it.

The custom URL are links you have edited in your Publish page by changing the direct link of your form.

If you have made  a custom URL, those link won't work anymore if you change your username but you can always create a new one and update the old links.
