How to Control Notification email header content

After the email line in the Notification Header and above the to and Reply lines, there is a line that identifies something. In the screen shot it says "Non-Member Wildflower Volunteer Form." Where does this come from and how do you control it?

Changing the email subject is easy.

1. Go to Settings > Emails

2. Edit the notification and you should see the email subject right away. You can change it to anything you want.
