I want to create a "single question per window" form but i can't figure out how to add a video to a question without creating a new window. Some of my questions will be confusing for people to answer so i want to include a video explanation right below the question that they can watch and listen to, to help them understand the question better.
How can I create a question with a video explanation in the same window?

As far as I understood the idea, I suppose that your need to include a video element and a question at the same card. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be possible at the moment as question descriptions and texts do not support the html codes.
I can only suggest to create a video card first and to include your question at the next one.
To add a video to a card, you can use a YouTube widget:
Meanwhile, I will submit a feature request as to the option to have a video and a question on a single card. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the ETA as to when we'd get this ready, but you will be notified via this thread of any updates.
