    I apologize but I do not understand what you mean by that.

    I have checked the form on this page and I didn't notice any issue.

    On creating my form the page is running on Image 10

    Can you explain what you mean by "the page is running on", "the page is not stopping"? The page is loading fine on my end if you mean that the page keeps loading.
