Form title is different when I share the link

    When I share the link to one of my forms, its titled "2017 Winter Tennis Apprentice Sessions" even though the new form is titled "2018 Tennis Apprentice Sessions"

    How do I correct this?

    Please change the Form Title and Page Title in the Form Settings page.

    Here's a screenshot guide:

    1. Go to the Settings section and select the Form Settings tab. Change the Title to your own Preferences. After that, click the Show More Options button.

    2. Change the Page Title again to your own preferences.
