Integrating Trello - Match your fields dropdown is blank

Hello - I'm testing out how I can use JotForm with my Trello account.  I've tried to connect the two, but I get to the last step in the integration process (Match Your Fields) but there's no explaination in the step as to what "Match Your Fields" means.  There's also nothing in the "Please Select..." dropdown that I can select to move forward.

Can you please explain what this is so I can complete the integration?  Thank you.

The form fields are supposed to be mapped to the Trello fields on that step. Could you please open your form in the editor, and then try the integration again (Settings > Integrations > Trello)?
