Matrix Dynamique Widget: code"amp;" on column headers will not retrieve submission data

We have a form someone created a while ago that uses the Matrix Dynaminique Widget.  When I user enters the data into the table inputs, it is recording it correctly into the DB.  If they click on the "Edit this Form" link in their submission email, when they go back to the form there's 2 columns which are empty eventhough the data is still in the database.

If they edit to add more lines or resubmit the form, those empty fields on the form end up going blank and the data is lost in the data base.

In the attached image, this test submission does not show the data in the Filter Size & Qty and the Belt Size & Qty fields, but the data is in the database for the second entry.

I have checked your form and it seems the Column header with "amp" is creating the error.

Kindly remove the "amp" form the column headers text of Filter size & qty and belt size&qty and update the widget.
