Conditionality for thank you page not working

On nursing cap documentation submission form, I have a conditionality that if the nursing cap documentation approved = No then it should display a thank you message but what displays is a congratulations email.

I have cloned your form and made a test submission. After making the test submission, the Thank You page was showing Thank You.

I noticed that you have multiple conditions which change the thank you page message. Make sure that the conditions are not in conflict with each other. If two conditions are met, only one thank you page can be shown.

Try to create the conditions in such a way that two conditions for the thank you page cannot be fulfilled at the same time.

Changing the option from ANY to ALL might help. Or maybe you need to add more IF conditions.

Unfortunately I cannot have them set to ALL.

The conditions would need to be set up so that multiple conditions are not met.  If it is possible to have nursing cap portfolio set to no and to have the portfolio level completed set to any of the 3 options, then you would need to include that possibility in the conditions.

The best way I can think of would be to have 3 different conditions for each completed level.  If completed level 1 is equal to yes AND nursing cap portfolio IS NOT EQUAL to no, show congratulations page.  Then another for level 2 and level 3 or whatever specific conditions need to be met.
