    I want to send the user a custom "report" based on their selections:


    Form Example:

    Option Red
    Option Blue
    Option Green


    Email Example

    Hi there, 

    Option Blue
    Blue is the color of the ocean and sky.

    That is possible with a single or two selections. But it will get complicated if there's a combination of three or more options. You will have to create the email template for each option. Then next would be to configure an email based on the selection.
