I have just paid to upgrade my account but it is still showing me as a “free” user. I am unable to send a form out which must happen today!
Please can you check this.

I have checked your subscription. But as it appears, while there was a subscription made, can you tell us if there was an act of cancellation on your part right after the upgrade?
For the meantime, I have enabled your forms but it won't stay long. With this, we look forward to your response in order to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
