Hi, Lets say there are 3 people involved in filling out this form. Person A does the top portion of the form and submits it. Persons B and C are the approvers (as this is a procurement form). Persons B and C have the Access Key, Person A does not. Person B fills in the Access key to reveal the signature portion of the form. When Person C goes to approve and do their signature, the Access key is already filled in. This is okay EXCEPT when Person A clicks on the Edit Submission link to view the progress of his form and then finds out the code, distributes it to the rest of the company, and then we have fake signatures everywhere. Would doing Unique Question > Access Key work?

Does person A need the edit submission link?  If not, I would recommend creating separate notification emails for person A, B and C.  The email to person A would have the edit submission link removed and would have send on edit set to No:
