How can I see an encryted response?

I have the code for my encryption key but it wont allow me to enter it anywhere

I checked this form and I can see that the Form Encryption is currently disabled. You need to enable the Form Encryption first and then go to the Submissions page. You will see a pop-up where you can upload the encryption key. Here's a guide: How-Can-I-Enable-Form-Encryption.
