Address:Missing fields

    Hello Support, 

    On the card form layout, my address card is not displaying all of the fields for a new entry. Occasionally, it will display correctly if moving past, then backing up to the card, but this is not ideal. It is preventing entries from feeding into MailChimp since the city, state, and zip code fields are blank.

    The address field needs to have an input of location before it will open other fields.

    You can set the address field as required,

    so that users need to input their address.

    But if you want to view it as a full address field, you need to disable the autocomplete property in your address settings.

    Go to your address properties,

    scroll down until you find Autocomplete and turn it "OFF".

    All the fields in your address field should be seen now.

    Thank you! I was able to figure this same solution out prior to your answer as I was working on another form. Turning off the autocomplete solved the issue.
