Can't make changes to just edited Form

This issue was just fixed by your development team for the same form. Once changes are were made then I tried to go back in to the form the browser window is blank.

I have attached screen grabs. The use of this form is critical to a website it is deployed on and this is the second time it has happened with the same form.

The previous ticket used was 1520873945
