I have a new credit card that I need to put in for our account but I don't know where or how to do it. I do not have an log in for JotForm because I am in accounting and I do not use the program myself. I had one of the people here that does have the an account log in so I can change the credit card info but he does not have the account icon on his page. The other person that uses this site doesn't have anything in his. I can not find a phone number anywhere in your site to be able to talk to someone about this. As it is when Jot form charges our account net month it is going to be rejected/denied because that card is closed down. We need software/service as we use it all the time so I do I keep our account active and not closed down. How do I get our current credit card information into your system. This is important to use that we resolve this problem and I can not seem to reach anyone at Jot form to help me.
