I used a previous template and changed the background but every time I copy and paste the hyperlink the updated changes are only available on the screen. The hyperlink only shows the original artwork.

Please provide the form link so we can check it further. Also, please provide the link to the background you're trying to add so we can also check it.
I cleared your form cache on our server. Please check if that helps fix the issue.
