I have reset my account login several times and it is still registering as suspended.  Don't know what else I need to do?

    Hello Sherri,

I checked your account and it shows to have been suspended due to collection of credit card information. With this, we can only re-enable your account once we remove the fields.

Please advise us should we proceed on the removal of the credit card collection fields.

    Thanks.

    Dear Customer,

Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.

For the matter, it could be the way you set up the above mentioned form was not really for performing any phishing activity, so we would like to inform you we have implemented genuine payment integration tools that will allow you to smoothly go through the process of getting a payment from your customers without infringing any law or putting our company in jeopardy. Having said that… please follow the links below:

It will help educate you more in regards to How to's. We have deleted the guilty fields and you can now continue developing your forms

    Sincerely,
