Account suspended

    I have reset my account login several times and it is still registering as suspended.  Don't know what else I need to do?

    Hello Sherri,

    I checked your account and it shows to have been suspended due to collection of credit card information. With this, we can only re-enable your account once we remove the fields. 

    Please advise us should we proceed on the removal of the credit card collection fields.

    Yes that is fine however everyone else that I know has
    It set up the same.

    Why if it is not allowed is it even made available.

    Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.
