I thought I was deleting my page worth of submission but I deleted all!!!

Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve the deleted submissions.

A dialog is shown when you click the Delete All Submissions button to warn you that you are about to Delete all submissions and uploaded files and also asks for the password of the account to confirm.

The submission data should be available in your email if you had Notification Emails set up.
