Google Sheet Integration Stopping

Hi there,

I have had trouble with the Google Sheet integration. For some reason, the integration has stopped on a number of my forms at various times and for reasons unknown to me. Essentially, the spreadsheet stops populating, but entries continue to come in and show on the Jotform site. This most recently happened with the form I've linked below. Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you!

I checked and the form you provided is not integrated with Google Spreadsheet. 

Please integrate the form with Google Spreadsheet and test the form to see if the integration is working properly.

You can also re-integrate your other forms with Google Spreadsheet to see if that will resolve the issue.

Please note that editing of the spreadsheet that is integrated with a form can break the integration and we do not recommend it. 

Aslo, if a new field is added to the form the integration will break and the form has to be re-integrated.

Hmm...it was originally turned on and our spreadsheet stopped populating. We will take your recommended precautions moving forward and see if we have any issues. Thank you for your help!
