submit.jotformeu.com form is unavailable for Orange Poland customers

Greetings from Orange Polska

 

We received complains from our customers, that using your forms on websites.

Yours form are not working when accessed from Orange Poland network.

1) Form is displayed properly: https://cdn.jotfor.ms/mariusz.kaluska/Orange_2

2) I can fill this

3) When I clicked submit, page submit.jotformeu.com is giving error that is not secured.

I've traced this communication, and looks like your server is sending TCP FIN packet after received TLS Client Hello, and encryption is not done.

 

Could you check this on your side?
