SS# keeps dissappearing

    Hi I had some correspondence with Jeanette the support manager


    We have made our change and added the terms and conditions and signature so this should be good now.  If we need to do anything else please let me know directly.

    I have checked the two forms you have, and you have complied with the requirements given.
