Incorrect thank you message is displayed

on Nursing CAP documentation Submission form, I should receive a thank you page below when I submit the form and form has not been completed yet.

However, I am receiving instead this Thank you page below.

This screen above should only display if form has been completed but not yet approved

I have cloned your form and when I first filled it, the Congratulations message was displayed as expected.

Then, I edited the form and I filled the "Nursing CAP portfolio is approved" field.

The other Thank You message was displayed as expected since the condition to display the Congratulations wasn't fulfilled.

Can you please give us more details in what message are you expecting to show and the steps to reproduce the issue?
