Email sent to incorrect address

The"notification of approval" email was sent to nursingcap@childrensnational.org email instead of the user's email specified on CNMC email.

How can I change settings so it is sent to CNMC email and not nursingcap@childrensnational.org

You can change that in the Notifier's Recipient Emails
